Every step right from the selection of tea estates and tea leaves to packaging and final dispatch for distribution is minutely monitored and overlooked by our team of experts. At the end of each manufacturing cycle all the teas are subject to age-old tea tasting process at two distinct locations – the tea estate by the estate manager and at the head office by our top management. The teas are dispatched for distribution only after the management receives a positive response on the tasting reports of the quality of the teas from both the places.
